An Interview with US Coachways

Q: What do you believe accounts for the positive feedback so many customers have given US Coachways?

A: Put simply, we focus on customer service above all else. For us, there are many aspects to customer service, such as state-of-the-art vehicles, eminent safety protocols, professionally trained and courteous staff members, and the absolute best in onboard comfort and entertainment.

Q: You mentioned safety. I imagine that must top customers’ concerns during long travels.

A: We are a family-owned company, so when we set out on any trip, whether the destination is 20 minutes or a full week away, our crew members think to themselves, “Would we allow our loved ones to travel aboard these vehicles?” The answer is always a yes because of the safety procedures we employ. First, service professionals inspect our vehicles on a monthly basis, ensuring that they stay in first-class shape. Second, we keep our dispatchers on regular rotations so that customers have 24-hour access to US Coachways professionals.

Q: What types of vehicles do you offer your customers?

A: We keep a varied fleet of buses and limousines to ensure that customers have access to the exact types of transportation luxury and essentials they need at any time. Some of our buses seat as many as 61 passengers; others accommodate a smaller quantity of passengers for a quieter ride.
